My number one priority as a cake designer is for my cakes to taste beautiful and my number two priority is for them look beautiful! Combining the two creates a piece of edible art. I have lovingly tailored every cake recipe from scratch which I use as a base for some crazy delicious fillings (my favourite being salted caramel!)
desserts
As with all of my cakes, my desserts are designed to create an impression. Every dessert I make is taste tested by either by myself or my willing participants to ensure all it’s parts are coming together perfectly. Unlike the cakes I create, I outsource some products such as only the BEST tart shells and dried flower petals. My personal favourite is my classic vanilla bean Creme brûlée!
Sweets
Cupcakes, macarons, cookies, small bites - all the good stuff.
